The artworks of Angelo Montagna are suspended between figuration and abstraction. A Painter which is a key figure in the artistic growth of area, not just for a reflection of his artistic works, but also directly for his conscious efforts as an educator, active above all of the free school VE Marzotto.
The Department of the culture of the City of Vicenza and Valdagno dedicate him a double retrospective.
LAMeEC, a space inside the Palladian Basilica in Vicenza, will exhibit the works of its greatest period of creative ferment of the '50s and '60s, while at the Galleria Civica Villa Valley Valdagno will discuss both the works of his early youth and those of his full artistic maturity evident in the '70-'90.

The celebration of his figure is a journey to discover not only useful to the area of Valdagno but also the link between culture training and development.

Vicenza's exhibition will inaugurate March 12  at 6 p.m. at the Hall of the Municipal Council of Vicenza and will close on April 18. You can visit from Tuesday to Sunday at the following times: from 10:30 a.m to 1 p.m and from 3 p.m to 7 p.m. The section hosted Valdagno to open March 20 at 6 p.m and it can visited until 2 May, Tuesday to Saturday only from 4 p.m to 7 p.m and even on public holidays from 10:30 a.m. to 12:30. Both sites are free to enter.
