One of the most recognised pianist in the world, Martha Argerich, will be in Vicenza the 1st of February to present an unique concert, called “ Martha Argerich and friends” at the theatre. The artist began her carrier at the age of 8 and won her first prizes  at the Geneva Invitational Competition and the Ferruccio Busoni International Competition when she was only 16. At the age of 24  she won the Frederick Chopin International Piano Competition in Warsaw which had been a decisive step on her worldwide recognition. She sold numerous recordings
